## About the Role

* Minimum 10-years' experience in SAP delivery, support or Competency Center leadership including Team management
 * Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and back-office applications.
 * Experience managing international teams and external service providers.
 * Strong expertise in Supply Chain processes and good knowledge of Finance processes in the Industrial sector are mandatory
 * Solid experience in handling international projects
 * Proven ability to balance operational excellence and project delivery.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Fluent in French and English.

## Description

* Define and implement the strategy for our transactional back-office tools, centered on SAP and including Kyriba, OpenText, Demand Management, e-Commerce and Transport Management,
 * Ensure quality of service, stability, security, maintenance and evolution of the Core Model
 * Manager, organize, develop the Competency Center team
 * Define the target organization, roles and responsibilities and ways of working to create maximum value to the business
 * Ensure the proper maintenance of the solutions together with external Application Maintenance services
 * Build with the business the applications roadmap and prioritize the projects based on value creation, risks and capacity
 * Pilot the key projects including upgrade to S/4 and deployments to new entities
 * Ensure technological watch of the SAP eco-system (Fiori, BTP, integration)
