## Description

Ce poste nécessite des compétences fonctionnelle sur la partie OMS (Order Management System) et nécessite également les compétences d'un développeur très confirmé mais il n'y aura pas de développement à faire.

La mission consiste à analyser et fouiller dans le code dans une fonction d'incidentologie afin de résoudre des tickets. la connaissance de Biztalk Server est un prérequis pour ce poste.

En qualité de support applicatif technique .NET, vous aurez pour mission de :

 - Catégoriser les incidents,

 - Analyser les incidents,

 - Communiquer les demandes de correction/évolution aux features teams,

 - Animer des échanges réguliers avec les features teams pour le suivi des incidents,

 - Identifier les incidents irritants et proposer des solutions,

 - Être en support sur un incident de production.
