You'll thrive in this role if you: * Have proven experience leading data product management or product management for data-driven products * Have experience managing, coaching and developing a team of Product Owners, Product Managers or similar professionals * Are comfortable delegating, setting clear expectations, giving feedback and supporting the professional development of team members * Combine strategic thinking with a strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics and data products * Have experience working with data tables, transformations, dashboards, data pipelines, APIs and visualisation tools * Understand the lifecycle of data science and AI models, from development to production deployment * Have experience with product analytics tools and instrumentation or tagging plans, such as Amplitude or similar platforms * Are comfortable coordinating delivery across Data Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and business teams * Are fluent in Agile methods and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Have strong stakeholder management, communication, organisation and prioritisation skills * Are fluent in English ## Description As Head of Data Product, you will lead and develop a growing team of Data Product Owners, and coordinate their work to shape, deliver and drive the adoption of data products across Betclic. Working at both strategic and operational levels, you will provide direction, coaching and support to the team while ensuring effective collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers and business leaders. You will help transform data into a key strategic asset for the organisation.
