You will develop a wide range of administrative skills, including telephone support, management of shared email inboxes, use of SystmOne, digital correspondence, and the scheduling of patient appointments.Our administration service is increasingly embracing digital ways of working, so you will also have the opportunity to build your confidence with new systems and digital initiatives as our services continue to develop. We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable communicating with colleagues and families. Good IT skills, accuracy and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload will be important.
