 * Association for Project Management (APM) qualification desirable.

## Description

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to support the mobilisation and transition of land and property functions within a major infrastructure programme.

The successful candidate will coordinate contract transitions, process implementation, data migration activities and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. Working with internal teams, clients and external partners, you will ensure the smooth transfer of systems, contracts, documentation and operational processes, * Act as the primary point of contact for ESG and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) requirements.

 * Coordinate the delivery of business reporting and responses to investor or client enquiries.
 * Manage the procurement and mobilisation of new land and property service contracts.
 * Coordinate the transfer of existing land and property contracts and third-party agreements.
 * Lead the migration and transition of data, processes and documentation from legacy systems.
 * Support the implementation of estate management and operational improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure processes and documentation are incorporated into quality management systems.
 * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful transition activities.
 * Monitor progress, risks and dependencies across transition workstreams.
 * Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.
