The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, strong proficiency in JavaScript and UI development, and proven experience delivering solutions for IBM and public-sector or defence clients., Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise * Commerical experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, Apex, and UI development. * Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. * Strong communication and team collaboration skills. * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification. This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
