* Analytics Experience: Professional experience in a data analytics role with a proven track record of synthesizing raw data into business solutions.
 * Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot and complex formulas), and modern BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
 * Software Tools: Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Adobe Analytics.
 * Organizational Awareness: Foundational understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) concepts and best practices in data integrity and ethical reporting.
 * Communication: Proven ability to present structured, clear recommendations and insights to management, technical teams, and executive staff.
