## Description

We are seeking a versatile UX Designer to join our small, dynamic design team in a remote capacity. You will be responsible for architecting and designing intuitive human-AI interaction patterns and developing seamless AI-assisted workflows that improve user efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-native digital experiences, playing a pivotal part in our agile, AI-integrated development process to ensure our solutions meet both business objectives and the evolving needs of our users.
Responsibilities

 * AI-Native Experience Design: Architect and design innovative AI-powered experiences, focusing on prompt-based interfaces and proactive AI assistive workflows.
 * Ethical Design Stewardship: Integrate ethical AI design principles, ensuring visibility, bias mitigation, and user agency in automated systems.
 * Comprehensive Prototyping: Build wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that articulate evolving interaction patterns.
