## Description

* Betreuung der Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Fehleranalyse von Windows-Clients, Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
 * Unterstützung im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere bei Microsoft 365, Office, Teams und SharePoint
 * Betreuung von mobilen Endgeräten sowie Remote- und Citrix-Lösungen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern und Berechtigungen in Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID
 * Durchführung von IT-On- und Offboardings sowie Verwaltung und Ausgabe von IT-Equipment
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Benutzeranleitungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern bei komplexeren Anliegen
 * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Support-Prozesse
