## About the Role

Hard Skills & Expérience :

 * Expérience probante sur un poste de CTO, VP Engineer, Head of Eng ou Staff / Lead Developer ayant géré des équipes.
 * Expérience concrète sur un produit SaaS en production à fort volume (gestion des abonnements, paiements).
 * Maîtrise de l'écosystème TypeScript, Next.js (App Router/RSC) et Vercel.

## Description

Dans le cadre de l'accélération de leurs activités et du passage à l'échelle de leurs produits, nous recherchons leur futur.e CTO / VP of Engineering., En tant que CTO, vous combinez vision stratégique, sensibilité produit/business et leadership hands-on.

 1. Vision Technique & Architecture moderne
 * Piloter la roadmap technique et l'architecture globale du portefeuille SaaS.
 * Garantir des choix technologiques performants, scalables et sécurisés sur une stack TypeScript / Next.js / Node.js.
 * Pousser l'intégration avancée de briques Generative AI / LLM (streaming, tool calling, fallbacks) pour accélérer la valeur produit.

 2. Management, Process & Culture Engineering
 * Encadrer, faire grandir et animer l'équipe technique à distance (environ 25 personnes).
 * Implémenter une culture du test réelle (unit, intégration, E2E) et de livraison continue (CI/CD GitHub Actions, déploiements canary).
 * Assurer une excellente observabilité des applications en production (Sentry, PostHog).

 3. Alignment Business & Produit
 * Agir en véritable CTO orienté business et conversion (enjeux de rétention, billing SaaS, UX fluide).
 * Communiquer avec clarté, proactivity et positivité auprès des équipes produit et marketing.

️ La Stack Technique & l'Écosystème

 * Frontend / Web : TypeScript strict, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
 * Backend & Data : Node.js, MongoDB (ou NoSQL équivalent), conception d'API robustes, validation Zod.
 * AI & Infrastructure : Vercel AI SDK, AWS (S3, Lambda).
 * Ops, Quality & Business : GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Sentry, PostHog, Recurly / Stripe (billing avancé), PWA.
