## About the Role

* Expérience : Expérience obligatoire au sein d'un environnement Startup ou Scale-up sur des problématiques complexes et d'architecture.
 * Compétences techniques : Profil Cloud Native. Solide maîtrise de Python , pratiques de React , PostgreSQL , Azure et environnement Linux .
 * Le + : Sensibilité, intérêt fort ou background en Machine Learning / LLM / IA .
 * Savoir-être : Autonomie totale, posture proactives ("push things forward"), esprit de problem solver sur l'algo et capacité à challenger l'équipe avec un leadership naturel.

## Description

Premier maillon de l'équipe tech en France, vous participez au passage à l'échelle de la plateforme SaaS :

 * Développement Fullstack & Cloud Native : Conception et développement des fonctionnalités (Python prioritaire, React) sur des enjeux de forte scalabilité et d'architecture système.
 * Infra & Cloud : Intégration et gestion d'infrastructures sous environnement Linux (et Windows) via Azure.
 * Proactivité & Leadership : Capacité à pousser des projets de A à Z en autonomie et à challenger les choix techniques et produits de l'équipe.
 * Innovation IA : Intégration et optimisation de problématiques liées aux LLM / IA au sein du produit., * Cadre de travail : Bureaux basés à Paris (Opéra) en mode hybride (3 jours au bureau / 2 jours en télétravail).

Déroulement des entretiens

 * Call Découverte (30 min) : Échange initial avec un co-fondateur.
 * Test Technique (3h total) : Test Python & Algo (2h max, IA autorisée mais évaluée) + Live coding avec un dev senior (1h).
 * Interview System Design (1h) : Session d'architecture système avec Riaan, le CTO.
