## About the Role

* Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle technique (Data Support, Data Engineer, MLOps, Software Engineer orienté Data ou Support Applicatif N2/N3).
 * Stack & Tech :
 * Appétence GenAI : Intérêt prononcé pour l'IA Générative, le prompt engineering et les architectures d'agents (outils type Dust, Copilot Studio, n8n...).
 * Soft Skills : Rigueur, réactivité, aisance relationnelle, autonomie et anglais professionnel.

## Description

Pour faire face à la multiplication des projets en production chez leurs clients grands comptes, ils ouvrent le poste de Data & AI Application Specialist.

Aujourd'hui géré par plusieurs consultants en parallèle, le suivi opérationnel (run) doit être centralisé pour structurer l'activité. Vous serez l'élément pivot pour maintenir ces solutions en conditions opérationnelles et piloter l'administration de leur plateforme interne d'IA Agentique.

Le poste s'articule autour de deux axes principaux (50/50) :

 1. Lead & Admin GenAI / IA Agentique (~50%)
 * Référent technique interne de la plateforme d'IA Agentique du groupe (~1 000 utilisateurs).
 * Administration technique : clés API, quotas, connecteurs et intégrations (SharePoint, outils internes).
 * Curation des bibliothèques d'agents IA, gestion des connaissances et des skills.
 * Support Niveau 2 pour les utilisateurs avancés (Builders) et interface avec l'IT.

 2. Support Applicatif & Run Data/IA Clients (~50%)
 * Suivi opérationnel des solutions ML et Web déployées chez les clients (pipelines de prévision, outils d'optimisation, backends/APIs).
 * Monitoring des pipelines, détection des anomalies et respect des SLA.
 * Résolution des bugs de faible/moyenne complexité (correctifs Python, déploiements, maintenance courante).
 * Animation de la relation client de suivi (points réguliers, échanges structurés).
