A key focus of the role will be supporting the migration to Epicor, ensuring data integrity, improving reporting capabilities, and helping the business maximise the value of its new ERP platform. Alongside the ERP migration, you will identify opportunities to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate manual workflows, and improve business decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, you will translate business challenges into innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer service. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights, while leveraging modern AI technologies to streamline processes and support business growth. As a senior member of the team, you will also champion best practices in data management, governance, and AI adoption, helping to build a data-driven culture across Barrett Steel.
