## Description

Oxigent Technologies busca un AI Engineer especializado en IA Generativa para desarrollar soluciones avanzadas en Madrid. Responsabilidades incluyen liderar proyectos de IA, diseñar arquitecturas eficientes, y supervisar el rendimiento de modelos en producción., * Liderar el desarrollo y mantenimiento de proyectos de IA.

 * Diseñar y optimizar arquitecturas de IA Generativa.
 * Supervisar el rendimiento de modelos en producción., En el caso de ser la persona seleccionada, tu misión será impulsar la evolución de plataformas basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, diseñando arquitecturas avanzadas con LLMs y contribuyendo a la creación de soluciones escalables, seguras y eficientes.
Funciones principales

 * Liderar el desarrollo y mantenimiento de proyectos existentes, garantizando su estabilidad e incorporando nuevas funcionalidades basadas en las últimas innovaciones en IA.
 * Diseñar y optimizar arquitecturas de IA Generativa utilizando LLMs, implementando flujos complejos como RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), consumo de MCPs, uso de herramientas, desarrollo de skills y orquestación de subagentes.
 * Supervisar el rendimiento de modelos en producción mediante prácticas de LLMOps y observabilidad, analizando trazas, costes y latencias.
 * Implementar mecanismos de seguridad y control (Guardrails) para garantizar respuestas alineadas con el negocio y minimizar alucinaciones.
 * Asegurar altos estándares de arquitectura y diseño de software, desarrollando soluciones escalables, testeables y mantenibles.
