Desired Qualifications: * Certifications that validate proficiency in systems engineering and modeling * Model-Based Engineering Certification: Specialized training in MBSE methodologies. * Experience with and knowledge of Missile Defense Agency weapon systems and sensors * Experience and a demonstrated record of success developing and implementing innovative solutions for a diverse range of highly complex multi-disciplinary problems and devising corrective actions where necessary., * Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited university * 10+years of related experience Clearance * SECRET clearance * Position requires that candidate possesses a final and active SECRET security clearance and is able to maintain the clearance. ## Description As a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) at MTSI, you will work as an integral member of a government/contractor team in support of the Missile Defense Agency Transformation Task Force. The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis to evaluate the efficacy of enterprise and weapon systems, new technologies, and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives.
