## About the Role

* Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Zertifizierungen (z. B. PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, Scrum Master)
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie im IT-Portfolio- oder Programmmanagement
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im SAP sowie den damit verbundenen Prozessen, Standards und der IT-Architektur
 * Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement (BPMN) oder Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie viel Organisationsvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
 * Sehr gutes sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Digitalisierungspotenzialen, Prozessoptimierungen, technischen Lösungen und Standards
 * Analyse, Modellierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Portfolios einschließlich Priorisierung, Bewertung und Begleitung von Digitalisierungs- und IT-Initiativen
 * Anforderungsmanagement an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Dienstleistern
 * Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten und Transformationsinitiativen von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
 * Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT- und Applikationslandschaft
