## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder alternativ über eine technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller technischer Projekte
 * Ein sichere Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden sowie MS Office und SAP, Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB sowie relevanten VDE- und DIN-Regelwerken sind von Vorteil
 * Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft von etwa 40 %
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Du steuerst Projekte im Anlagen- und Leitungsbau der elektrischen Energieverteilung eigenverantwortlich - von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe
 * Die Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die frühzeitige Identifikation und Steuerung von Projektrisiken liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
 * Du erstellst Termin- und Meilensteinpläne, koordinierst interne und externe Projektbeteiligte und unterstützt bei Kalkulationen
 * Die Kommunikation mit Kunden, internen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern stellst Du als zentrale Ansprechperson sicher
 * Du begleitest das Nachtrags- und Claimmanagement, koordinierst Projektabnahmen und Aufmaße und stellst eine vollständige Projektdokumentation sicher
 * Das Reporting und Projektcontrolling nutzt Du, um relevante Kennzahlen transparent aufzubereiten, den Projektfortschritt zu verfolgen und den Projekterfolg nachhaltig sicherzustellen
