 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens C1 in Wort und Schrift
 * Interesse daran, dich technisch weiterzuentwickeln
 * idealerweise Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support

Wir suchen keinen Senior - erste praktische Erfahrung und ein gutes technisches Fundament sollten aber vorhanden sein.

Kenntnisse in einigen dieser Bereiche sind hilfreich:

Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP und VPN.

* IT-Support per Telefon, Remote und vor Ort beim Kunden
 * Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und Microsoft 365
 * Administration von Active Directory, Entra ID und Windows Server
 * Unterstützung bei Exchange, Intune und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Fehleranalyse bei Netzwerken, WLAN, VPN, Druckern und Peripherie
 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Migrationen und IT-Projekten
