## About the Role

* Bac+2 informatique (BTS SIO, DUT Réseaux & Télécoms ou équivalent)
 * 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en support ou helpdesk
 * Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft : Windows 10/11, Active Directory, M365
 * Une expérience Modern Workplace / M365 est un vrai plus
 * Des connaissances en Intune, Teams, VPN, gestion de parc, sauvegardes ou ticketing seront appréciées
 * Sens du service, rigueur, bon contact client
 * Permis B indispensable (déplacements réguliers sur site)

## Description

Vous intégrez l'équipe technique et êtes en première ligne sur le support utilisateur et les interventions terrain.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :

 * Traiter le support niveau 1 et 2 (diagnostic, résolution d'incidents, aide aux utilisateurs)
 * Préparer et déployer les postes et périphériques (PC, imprimantes, écrans...)
 * Participer aux projets de migration et de mise à jour des environnements utilisateurs (Windows, M365, AD...)
 * Travailler dans des environnements Modern Workplace, très intégrés à Microsoft 365
 * Vous déplacer chez les clients pour des déploiements, du dépannage ou de la maintenance préventive
 * Documenter vos interventions et faire remonter les infos utiles à l'équipe infra
