## Description

Castlefield are currently working with a leading local organisation to recruit a tech support Coordinator on an initial 3 month temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience that is looking for a full time role and to develop their skillset in a very supportive environment. There is a strong possibility of extension beyond the initial 3 month temporary contract. Free parking is available on site.

Duties will include:

 * Testing, auditing and maintaining UPS units and IT equipment.
 * Supporting Wireless Access Point (WAP) upgrade projects.
 * Delivering, configuring and setting up new smartphones for users.
 * Assisting with office relocations and workstation deployments.
 * Supporting TAC cell deployments across the organisation.
 * Installing and configuring Surface Hubs and associated equipment.
 * Assisting with the deployment of end-user devices and IT infrastructure projects.
 * Providing on-site support to users and ensuring equipment is fully operational.
