* A degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or a related subject.
 * A genuine interest in IT, artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
 * Good general IT and software knowledge.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * The ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
 * Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
 * The ability to work independently and support colleagues confidently.

Desirable:

 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure or other cloud platforms.
 * Knowledge of AI tools, generative AI or automation platforms.
 * Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript or another programming language.
 * Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, Power BI or business software.
 * An understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.

## Description

* Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and user-access issues.
 * Set up and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals and user accounts.
 * Support the day-to-day use of business software and systems.
 * Liaise with external IT providers and software suppliers when required.
 * Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes.
 * Research and implement practical AI tools and automation solutions.
 * Help colleagues adopt AI safely and effectively.
 * Assist with software upgrades, testing and new system implementations.
 * Support IT security, documentation and good technology practices.
 * Work with teams across the business to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.
