Desirable * Experience with or exposure to proprietary enterprise blockchain platforms. * Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g. Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism) and cross-chain interoperability protocols. * Familiarity with DeFi protocols and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, ERC-3643). * Experience in financial services, capital markets, or fintech environments. * Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to blockchain deployments in financial services. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure. * Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies. ## Description As a Blockchain Developer at MACH, you will play a central role in designing, building, and deploying distributed ledger and smart contract solutions for our financial services clients. You will work across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain (our proprietary blockchain platform) to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance decentralised applications.
