## About the Role

* Experience with Windows OS deployment, imaging tools, and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and printers.
 * Experience supporting multi-user IT environments; NHS or healthcare IT experience desirable.
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk operations., * How many years of experience do you have in on-site IT support or field hardware deployments (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)?
 * How many years of experience do you have with desktop imaging, Windows OS deployment, and hardware/software setup?
 * Have you worked in an NHS or healthcare IT environment?

## Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Field Engineer to join our NHS team. You will provide hands-on on-site IT support across Coventry and Warwickshire, managing hardware incidents, deploying and maintaining Windows systems, and keeping IT services running smoothly in a fast-paced healthcare environment., * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

 * Perform Windows deployment, desktop imaging, and software updates using MDT, SCCM, or other tools.
 * Respond quickly to Priority 1 & 2 hardware incidents onsite.
 * Support IT equipment moves, disposal, and upgrades following NHS policies.
