## About the Role

* [2+ years] of dedicated experience working in a pressure-sensitive label (PSL) or pre-press environment.
 * Proficiency in on Mac OS & Adobe Creative Cloud (the industry standard for label repro).
 * Strong technical knowledge of Digital narrow-web print constraints.
 * Clear understanding of ink limits, screen rulings, and color separations (CMYK + Pantones / Extended Gamut).
 * Good customer communication skills

Preferred Software Skills:

 * Hands-on experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Dropbox and cloud service.
 * Design Skills would also be advantageous.

## Description

* Technical Pre-press: Take master creative files and adapt them across multi-SKU label ranges, ensuring consistent technical execution.
 * Separations: Understanding CMYK to Pantones and colour variations.
 * Underprints & Overprints: Confidently set up opaque white underprints for clear, metallic, or textured synthetic substrates.
 * Stepping & Distortion: Perform step-and-repeat layouts (imposition) based on specific die-lines and cylinder sizes, applying appropriate distortion factors where required.
 * Quality Assurance: Flag and resolve issues regarding text minimums, barcode scaling (BWR), and fine-line weights prior to digital queuing.
 * General Office Admin: General office admin when required to help within the office.
