## About the Role

* Strong HL7 v2.x experience.
 * Knowledge of ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, VXU.
 * Experience with an Interface Engine: Mirth/NextGen, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Ensemble/IRIS, Corepoint, or IBM.
 * Strong SQL/database querying skills.
 * Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, REST/SOAP.
 * Scripting: JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
 * Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, SFTP, APIs, and healthcare interoperability.

Good to Have

 * FHIR, CDA/CCD, X12, DICOM.
 * Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform integration experience.
 * DevOps/CI-CD exposure.
 * HIPAA/HITECH knowledge.
 * Healthcare data migration experience.

## Description

* Analyze and implement healthcare system integrations.
 * Design and develop HL7 v2.x interfaces.
 * Integrate EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, billing, and third-party systems.
 * Perform message mapping, transformation, routing, and validation.
 * Troubleshoot interface/data exchange issues.
 * Handle testing, go-live, and post-production support.
 * Maintain interface specifications and technical documentation.
 * Collaborate with developers, clinicians, vendors, and project teams.
 * Ensure healthcare privacy, security, and compliance.
