Ability to guide, train, and mentor engineers. Experience integrating legacy systems with the Pega Platform. Experience performing Root Cause Analysis within the Pega ecosystem. Ability to integrate external systems of record with Pega. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Ability to develop vendor relationships and promote best practices. Strong analytical and process improvement skills. Ability to perform quantitative cost/benefit analysis. As a Senior Pega Software Engineer, the resource will help build highly critical business processes. The role includes designing, building, delivering, and maintaining scalable products and applications while working closely with business, product, and technology teams in an agile environment.
