 * Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ITSM Ticket Tools
 * Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Active Directory und Benutzerverwaltung sowie Microsoft 365
 * Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
 * Kommunikationsgeschick
 * Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenzen und analytisches Verständnis
 * Teamfähig und belastbar
 * Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein von Vorteil

## Description

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im 1st- / 2nd-Level Support
 * Qualifizierung und Dokumentation von Anfragen in einem ITSM-System
 * Endusersupport von Standardsoftware (MS Office, Adobe etc.)
 * Endusersupport von gängigen Betriebssystemen
 * Support im Microsoft 365-Umfeld
 * Unterstützung bei weiteren Themen: Fernwartung von Clients, Citrixsupport, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory Management
