## Description

* Als IT-Projektleiter:in übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte und -Programme und begleitest unsere Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Transformationsvorhaben.
 * Du bist Enabler:in und koordinierst Teams, Kunden, IT-Dienstleister:innen und Partner:innen durch eine effiziente und ganzheitliche Projektsteuerung sowie ein ausgewogenes Change Management.
 * An der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT verstehst Du die Anforderungen beider Seiten und sorgst für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung vereinbarter Ziele. Dabei steuerst Du (Teil-)Projekte termin-, budget- und qualitätsgerecht und erkennst Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig.
 * Du gestaltest die Zukunft unserer Kunden aktiv mit, entwickelst innovative Konzepte und richtest unsere Services konsequent auf zukünftige Anforderungen aus.
