For one of our clients, a large international retail and technology organisation, you design customer- and colleague-facing digital products across web, app and internal tools. Embedded in cross-functional product teams, you contribute hands-on from discovery and problem framing through prototyping and validation to final UI design and delivery. You move iteratively, test early and focus on measurable outcomes rather than heavy documentation, and you bring the AI literacy to design both with AI tools and for AI-enabled products.
