* Diplômé d'une formation supérieure en informatique BAC+5, vous au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
 * Vous avez un niveau d'anglais professionnel, vous permettant d'échanger par oral et écrit.

Compétences techniques :

 * Coordination d'équipes informatiques de support ;
 * Culture infrastructure informatique : système, réseau, sécurité ;
 * Compétences ITIL, une certification est appréciée ;
 * Orienté satisfaction utilisateur final ;
 * Bonus : une connaissance des SCADA.

## Description

Vous êtes intégré dans une équipe de maintien en conditions opérationnelles (Run) et intervenez sur un système critique de traitement de données industrielles.

Responsabilités :

 * Coordonner et animer l'équipe support ;
 * Identifier et suivre les incidents les plus importants ;
 * Superviser et garantir le traitement des incidents ;
 * Partager les informations essentielles (KPI) aux directions techniques et métiers et les mettre à jour ;
 * Identifier et traiter les problèmes récurrents.
