The position contributes to strengthening compliance and operational risk management by ensuring investigations workflows, data processes, and system enhancements align with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations. Working closely with GFC leadership and cross-functional partners, the role acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supporting delivery of system changes, process improvements, and enhancements to investigative tools.
