What You'll Do

 * Assess the impact of change on processes, systems and employees.
 * Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change initiatives.
 * Support the design and delivery of stakeholder communication plans.
 * Develop training programmes and materials to drive adoption.
 * Identify and manage resistance through coaching and team support.
 * Monitor and report on change progress, adoption and effectiveness.
 * Facilitate feedback sessions, ensure policy compliance and improve change methodologies.
