What we do need is evidence that you've already started developing solid software engineering and graphics fundamentals, whether that's through university, placements, internships, personal projects or open-source work. Must haves: * Software development experience through a Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree, placement, internship or substantial personal projects. * Familiarity with at least one computer graphics API or library such as OpenGL, Vulkan or WebGL. * Comfortable with 3D linear algebra, including transform hierarchies, rotation matrices, quaternions and Euler angles. * Experience working in a systems or compiled language such as C, C++, Rust or Go. * An interest in understanding lower-level technical problems rather than staying purely at application level. ## Description * Experience with WebGL-based libraries such as three.js, luma.gl, deck.gl or Babylon.js. * Familiarity with formats such as glTF, USD or 3D Tiles. * Exposure to GIS, geospatial or remote-sensing concepts, including coordinate reference systems, raster/vector data or point clouds. * Personal projects, university work or open-source contributions involving graphics, games, simulation, mapping or 3D technology., Large-scale geospatial data, CAD, point clouds and interactive 3D rendering aren't things every graduate engineer gets exposure to. Build real technical depth. Graphics and data processing will be your core focus, giving you the chance to develop specialist knowledge in an area many engineers never get to work in. Become a broader engineer too. You'll also gain exposure to a production SaaS platform across backend, frontend, databases and cloud infrastructure. Learn with proper support. You'll have mentoring, regular feedback, code reviews and engineers around you who expect you to ask questions. See where your work goes. You'll be able to connect the software you build with real customer problems and see how your work is used in practice. If you're looking for a graduate engineering role where you can go deep technically, build things that actually ship and learn from difficult real-world problems, we'd love to hear from you.
