Desired experience: * Multi-team or scaled agile delivery, including SAFe. * Enterprise transformation or complex systems integration. * Agile coaching or Scrum certification. ## Description Enable one or more ESCS delivery teams to work effectively using Scrum and wider agile practices. The Scrum Master facilitates planning and delivery, removes impediments, supports transparent reporting and coaches the team towards sustainable continuous improvement.
