Your role As an integral member of a Cloud Pod, you'll help design, build and maintain secure, reliable and reusable cloud platforms for our UK clients. You'll work alongside other Cloud Engineers, platform specialists and delivery teams to support both project delivery and foundational platform improvements, with a strong focus on automation, standardisation and continuous improvement. As part of the team, you'll be empowered to: * Build, maintain and improve cloud platforms using a code-first approach, with a strong focus on technical reuse, standardisation, automation and blueprints rather than manual "ClickOps". * Work collaboratively within agile delivery environments, contributing to sprint-based activities that support customer outcomes and platform maturity. * Apply modern cloud engineering practices, including Infrastructure as Code, version control, CI/CD, observability, security and operational resilience. * Contribute to the ongoing development of Capgemini's cloud platform patterns, reusable assets and engineering standards. * Continue to develop your capability through hands-on experience, professional training, certifications and knowledge-sharing within the Cloud Engineering community. * Collaborate with colleagues across pods, customers and wider delivery teams to solve problems, improve services and deliver sustainable cloud solutions.
