## Description

We're looking for an organised and proactive Data Administrator to join the HMP Hindley service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the safe delivery of psychosocial services, working closely with recovery teams and Prison Staff.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities:
About the Role:

 * As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that visits from external visitors are escorted into and outside of the establishment.
 * First point of contact for all telephone calls into the service, dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
 * Taking and conveying confidential, accurate and sensitive information to staff.
 * Processing of correspondence in and out of the prison post room.
 * Minute taking at service meetings.
 * Maintaining and recording statistics of people in service; assist with data entry as required, NDTMS, SystmOne, and clinical specific data.
 * Assist with the setting up and maintaining of accurate filing systems
within the service.

 * Monitoring and ordering office stationery/requirements.
 * Photocopying as required.
 * Assist with development and maintenance of efficient, record-keeping and communication systems within the service.
 * Assist with generating controlled drugs prescriptions for release using the SystmOne case management system.
 * Booking and preparing meeting rooms.
