Desirable: * Fortinet NSE certification(s), Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or similar. * Experience with Azure, Office 365 migrations, and hybrid environments. * Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools used in the MSP space. ## Description This is not your typical support role - it's a highly technical position where 80% of your time will be dedicated to leading and delivering infrastructure, cloud, and networking projects. The remaining 20% will involve acting as a senior escalation point for the support team, resolving complex technical issues that fall outside the scope of 1st and 2nd line engineers., This role is primarily office-based, requiring you to work in the office five days per week. However, you will also need to travel to clients within the Northwest, with travel expenses paid.
