## Description

We are now seeking an Enterprise Platform Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing performance of our core business systems.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring that our enterprise systems - including Housing Management, Salesforce, Field Service and Core Business systems - are aligned with organisational priorities, governed effectively and continuously improved.

What you'll be doing

 * Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and testing
 * Establish and maintain effective architecture governance frameworks
 * Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, secure and performant
 * Develop and oversee platform roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
 * Balance operational service delivery with system enhancement and transformation
 * Manage suppliers and external delivery partners
 * Oversee budgets, resources and platform investment decisions
 * Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business needs
