## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience supporting accounting or finance with growing analytics or reporting responsibility; multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a plus.
 * Experience building dashboards or reports in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau like system.
 * A self-starter with a process-improvement mindset who genuinely enjoys finding a better, faster, more automated way to get to the answer and a track record of automating manual processes.
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insight for non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and be a thought partner with Data Infrastructure forward strategy.
 * Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and data integrations that pull from various source systems - liberating the data and reducing manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting across the team.
 * Serve as a cross-functional partner for data and reporting needs across departments and franchise business partners.
 * Build and maintain dashboards that give finance, operations, and franchise leadership self-serve access to the numbers that matter.
 * Develop tools and models that bridge accounting data with operational analytics for month-end close, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
