## Description

* Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness assessments for total systems.
 * Perform systems engineering activities across all levels of the product lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
 * Translate customer and product requirements into logical and systematic total systems solutions while considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
 * Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies.
 * Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
 * Support system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure system requirements are met.
 * Analyze system performance, risks, supportability, and effectiveness throughout the system lifecycle.
 * Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective systems solutions.
