## About the Role

+ 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including advanced Level 3 support or IT operations experience.
 + Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows 11, Group Policy, Intune, MFA, and SSO.
 + Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, switches, routers, and firewalls.
 + Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently work through unusual or complex technical problems.
 + Experience supporting multiple locations, remote users, or field operations.
 + PowerShell/scripting experience preferred.
 + Construction or field operations experience is a plus.

## Description

This role will serve as a key Level 3 escalation resource while also supporting technology across our corporate offices, remote locations, and active construction jobsites. We need someone who is comfortable wearing a lot of different IT hats. If you're the person your team turns to when "we've tried everything and it still isn't working," we'd like to talk to you., + Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues and own problems through resolution.

 + Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, hardware, software, identity/access, networking, VPN, wireless, and business applications.
 + Support and manage endpoints through Microsoft Intune/MDM.
 + Monitor enterprise systems and respond to performance, availability, and technical issues.
 + Assist with cybersecurity remediation, vulnerability findings, patching, and system hardening.
 + Use PowerShell and automation to improve support and administrative processes.
 + Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.
 + Support technology projects, office moves, equipment refreshes, system rollouts, and construction jobsites.
