## About the Role

You will be organised, dependable and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will have a keen eye for detail, communicate clearly and take pride in producing accurate work.

Previous experience in an administration or business support role is preferred. You will also need strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience within construction or a similar working environment would be helpful, although it is not essential. Above all, we are looking for someone who is professional, discreet and able to become a trusted member of the team.

## Description

Accio Consult & Construct is a nationwide Construction Services and Demountable Building Specialist. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our team at our head office in Barroway Drove.

This is a varied role at the heart of the business. You will provide practical administrative support to colleagues across the company, helping to keep records accurate, documents organised and everyday office tasks up to date.

No two days will be exactly the same. You might be preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, maintaining filing systems, processing paperwork or responding to routine enquiries.

What you will be doing

 * Preparing and formatting reports, forms and other business documents
 * Carrying out general data entry and updating spreadsheets and internal trackers
 * Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems
 * Scanning, copying, printing and organising documentation
 * Responding to routine telephone and email enquiries
 * Checking documents for accuracy and completeness
 * Maintaining project and general business records
 * Monitoring office supplies
 * Assisting with forms, applications and routine paperwork
 * Providing general administrative support to the business
