You will need to be an expert in design and delivery of organizational change and transformational programs at C-suite and board level. Essential : * Possess excellent financial & business acumen, including understanding of financial statements * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Some Excel modelling skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize - especially in complex situations * Previous significant experience in consulting and/or industry, ideally gained through an operational position * Must have an ability and willingness to travel (potentially from Day 1) to client sites, across the UK & European regions, at short notice as part of the working week * Fluency to a business level in both verbal and written English & French is essential * A persuasive and effective communicator & stakeholder manager who can engage effectively with leadership teams in pressure situations and influence at Board level. ## Description Our established Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) practice focuses on enterprise-wide change to particularly help define and deliver sustainable performance improvements. We help our clients navigate complex transformations, repositioning, integrations, carve-outs, operational turnaround/restructuring. We work for corporations across several industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Tech, FMCG, Hospitality & Leisure, and Energy. Our scope of services includes taking hands-on operational roles in various functions to support our clients when required. We are expanding our CTS practice in Paris and as a result we have multiple opportunities for experienced Corporate Transformation professionals in our Paris office, at Director level. How you will contribute You will: * Be an active part of the teams directly supporting the Managing Directors and actively contributing to business development.
