## Description

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique riche (Exchange, Cloud, Virtualisation), au contact de nos clients.
Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un Technicien HELPDESK, Prise en charge des demandes de support à l'informatique (téléphone, email…).
Support niveau 1 aux utilisateurs et sur site.
Analyse, résolution et synthèse des pannes.
Définition et gestion des priorités.
Rédaction technique, suivi et feedback des appels téléphoniques.
Ouverture d'incidents.
Préparer et anticiper la gestion des interventions
Devenir une pièce maîtresse dans l'évolution de l'infrastructure informatique de nos clients.
Ce poste a la particularité de vous permettre d'intervenir sur un grand nombre de technologies différentes et variées.
