## Description

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement multi-clients stimulant, orienté qualité de service et proximité utilisateur.

Responsabilités

 * Au sein de l'équipe support et exploitation, vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités :
 * Assurer le support utilisateurs à distance et sur site
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux
 * Administrer les environnements Microsoft Windows
 * Gérer les environnements Office 365, Active Directory et SharePoint
 * Participer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures
 * Intervenir sur les problématiques réseaux, virtualisation et sauvegarde
 * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à la documentation technique.
