## Description

* Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben - du sorgst für ihren reibungslosen Einsatz im Alltag
 * Server, Netzwerke und Hardware betreust du eigenständig und führst regelmäßige Wartungen durch
 * Bei Störungen unterstützt du die Fehleranalyse und trägst aktiv zur schnellen Behebung bei
 * Das Einrichten von Benutzerkonten sowie die Vergabe von Zugriffsrechten liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
 * Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support beantwortest du technische Fragen von Mitarbeitenden und Kundinnen und Kunden
