## Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Manager to oversee the management and integrity of student and academic data within a dynamic educational environment. This role is essential for facilitating the effective operation of educational processes through meticulous data management and support in examinations and academic reporting.

Day-to-day of the role:

 * Oversee daily updates and maintain accurate contact details in educational management systems.
 * Coordinate data management for new and departing students during non-standard transition periods.
 * Record and update scholarship information and manage related data groups for accessibility by staff.
 * Collaborate with academic staff to organize schedules for homework and teaching cover, ensuring equitable distribution and clear communication.
 * Support the administration of examinations, including scheduling and logistics, to ensure smooth operation with minimal student conflicts.
 * Engage with the Learning Support department to accurately document exam accommodations.
 * Prepare and manage detailed examination schedules and oversee invigilation arrangements, adapting for any unforeseen staff absences.
 * Handle the setup and administration of academic reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate report generation and distribution.
