We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in at least one frontend or backend development technology, whether gained through employment, personal projects, open-source contributions or academic study. About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys software development and wants to continue developing their technical skills. You'll ideally have: * Some practical experience with frontend or backend software development. * A passion for designing and building high-quality software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. * The confidence to work independently when required. * Pride in the quality of your work and a willingness to learn. Previous commercial experience is not essential, and formal qualifications are not required. If you've built your own projects, contributed to open-source software or developed applications during your studies, we'd be interested in hearing about them. ## Description You'll join a small, collaborative engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining a range of internal systems and customer-facing applications, including a bespoke CRM and customer web portals. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across both frontend and backend technologies, with occasional exposure to DevOps and hardware. Whether you're a recent graduate, self-taught developer with a portfolio, or someone with commercial development experience, we'd love to hear from you.
