## About the Role

* Hands on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, modules, reporting, and system administration.
 * Strong Finance/accounting background, ideally qualified.
 * Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting processes.
 * Excellent organisational and project management skills.
 * Strong skills in Power BI/advanced excel.
 * Prior experience in a multi-national company or complex organisation with global reporting requirements.
 * Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

## Description

* Own and manage the Dynamics 365 F&O roadmap across all entities within the group, aligning it with business functional priorities and technical dependencies.
 * Manage system configuration and governance, including legal entity structures, master data, and chart of accounts alignment.
 * Act as the primary voice of the business sitting between Finance & IT, ensuring solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
 * Develop and deliver standardised, fit-for-purpose reports and dashboards.
 * Lead change management and training to improve ERP adoption and reduce reliance on external support.
 * Champion continuous improvement, agile best practices, and automation across finance processes.
 * Design and embed robust finance processes within systems and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
