In this role, you will drive projects from planning and scheduling through execution and completion, partnering across engineering, program management, and customer teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. Our team develops cost-competitive, high-performance technologies that differentiate Collins Aerospace in the aerospace and defense industry. Our products support a broad range of applications across commercial and military avionics and ground vehicle platforms, providing an opportunity to work on complex technologies with real-world impact. We are looking for an action-oriented, collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and is motivated by delivering results. You will serve as the engineering focal point for project execution, ensuring technical performance commitments are met while coordinating design and development activities across multiple stakeholders. You may also have opportunities to lead customer-facing efforts, including bids, proposals, and technical presentations.
